Dr. Michael Eric Dyson is a Georgetown University sociology professor, a New York Times contributing opinion writer, and a contributing editor of The New Republic, and of ESPN’s The Undefeated website.

The topic of his talk is “Race, Racism and Race Relations” in America.   He will discuss his new book, “Tears We Cannot Stop: A Sermon to White America”.

Copies of the book will be available for sale, and Dr. Dyson will sign the books in the lobby after the lecture.
