FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2024
Choose the fee plan which best suits your needs. The fees shown are for either of the one-week sessions. Students are welcome to enroll for more than one week of camp.
Plan 1 – Complete Package – $585
6 days, 5 nights, 16 meals, air conditioned dormitory room, instruction, health care and recreation.
or $605 with a half-hour private lesson included
or $625 with a one-hour private lesson included
Plan 2 – Day Camp plus Meals – $495
for Local Residents
Includes instruction, 16 meals, health care and recreation. Reporting time 8:30 a.m. (arrive earlier if you wish to have breakfast) until 9:15 p.m.
or $515 with a half-hour private lesson included
or $535 with a one-hour private lesson included
PIANO CAMP
includes one hour of private lessons (two thirty-minute lessons)

Payment of Fees
Once accepted, fees maybe paid online using a Visa or MasterCard. You may also choose to mail us a check or money order, payable to: UNC Greensboro in the amount of $50.00. On the memo of the check write the Student Name and Camp ID Number. Your ID number is in the Acceptance Email.

- The minimum required to hold a camper’s spot in Summer Music Camp is $50.00. Thereafter, the balance of all camp fees must be paid by June 1, 2024.
- Failure to pay the deposit within two (2) weeks after your acceptance e-mail has arrived, may result in cancellation of your application.
- Please DO NOT pay any amount before you are notified via email that your child’s application has been accepted. Allow 3 weeks for the processing of your online application.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your application for Summer Music Camp and receive a refund less $50.00 (non-refundable portion on all camp fee plans) if the request is made two weeks prior to the opening of the week you had planned to attend (for 2024, the deadline for refunds will be June 24 for Week 1 cancellations and July 1 for Week 2 cancellations).
No money will be refunded for any reason after the two week deadline. Students arriving late for camp or leaving early are not eligible for any monetary compensation. The Camp Membership is not transferable to anyone else, and the $50.00 registration deposit is not refundable for any reason.
