Camp Fee Plans

Choose the fee plan that best fits your needs. The fees listed apply to each one-week session, and students are welcome to enroll for more than one week of camp.

Plan 1

Overnight Package – $610

includes 6 days, 5 nights in an air-conditioned dormitory room, 16 meals, instruction, health care, and recreation.

or $635 with a half-hour private lesson included

or $655 with a one-hour private lesson included

Plan 2

Day Camp Plus Meals – $520

includes 16 meals, instruction, health care, and recreation

or $545 with a half-hour private lesson included

or $565 with a one-hour private lesson included

Piano Camp

includes one hour of private lessons (two thirty-minute lessons)

Plan 1 (Overnight) – $655

includes 16 meals, instruction, health care, and recreation

Payment Information

Once your child’s application has been accepted, you may pay camp fees online using Visa or MasterCard, or by mailing a check or money order. Checks should be made payable to UNC Greensboro in the amount of $50.00 and must include the student’s name and Camp ID number (found in the acceptance email) on the memo line.

A minimum deposit of $50.00 is required to hold your camper’s spot. The remaining balance must be paid by June 1, 2026. Failure to pay the deposit within two weeks of receiving your acceptance email may result in cancellation of your application.

Please do not submit any payment before receiving your acceptance email. Allow up to three weeks for processing your online application.

CANCELLATION & REFUND Policy

You may cancel your application and receive a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable fee, if your request is made at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp session you planned to attend. For 2026, the refund deadlines are:

June 29 for Week 1 cancellations
July 6 for Week 2 cancellations

After these deadlines, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Students who arrive late or leave early are not eligible for any monetary compensation. Camp memberships are non-transferable, and the $50 registration deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
