Summer Music Camp
Before You Begin
- Only a parent or legal guardian may submit the online application for the UNCG Summer Music Camp.
- Grade level must reflect the current 2025–26 school year. Do not enter “rising” grades.
- During the first week of registration, the system may experience heavy early‑morning traffic. Delays are normal—please be patient.
- Use a computer or tablet to complete the application. Mobile devices often cause errors and are not recommended.
- You must provide your child’s music teacher’s full name (first and last) and a valid email address (band, orchestra, choir director, or private instructor).
- Applications missing this information will not be processed.
- Incorrect email addresses delay processing, so double‑check for accuracy.
- Do not apply early. You may only submit your application beginning on your assigned registration day listed on the previous page. The system will block all early submissions. Applications remain open continuously after the opening day.
- For the smoothest experience, we suggest using Chrome or Safari.
- Firefox works but may occasionally cause data‑clipping issues.
- Mobile browsers may work but are not recommended.
Important Application Reminder
Please do not apply for two weeks of camp as a strategy to increase your chances of acceptance.
This does not improve your likelihood of getting in and creates unnecessary complications in processing.
If your selected week is full when your application is reviewed, we will contact you only if space is available in the alternate week.
Apply for two weeks only if your child plans to attend both weeks of Summer Music Camp.
Please take your time and enter all information carefully. Typographical errors slow down processing and may delay your child’s application.
Remember — NO “rising” grades!
