    The 36th Annual Carolina Band Festival and Conductors Conference ∙ The Wind Ensemble presents a bright and energetic program featuring works by John Philip Sousa, Carolyn Bremer, Ingolf Dahl, Morton Gould, and Leonard Bernstein. The ensemble will be joined by Dr. Robert Young, professor of saxophone, along with festival guest clinicians Sarah McKoin, William L. Lake, Jr., and John R. Locke.

    Brazilian pianist Alessandra Feris is known internationally for her artistry and advocacy of Latin-American piano music. She has performed across the Americas and Europe, taught masterclasses worldwide, and premiered numerous contemporary works. Dr. Feris recently joined UNC Greensboro as Assistant Professor of Piano.
