Tew Recital Hall 100 McIver St, Greensboro, United StatesCelebrate the April 2023 release of the new Searchlight Pictures biopic CHEVALIER with special guest and Greensboro native violinist Ronald Long and the UNCG Strings Area. Long coached actor Kelvin Harrison, Jr. in the violin skills needed for the role of Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges, and recorded music for the film at London’s iconic Abbey Road Studio. Join us for a concert of music by Bologne (the Chevalier), William Grant Still, Florence Price, and other Black composers.
