Once your child has been accepted, camp fees may be paid online using Visa or MasterCard, or by mailing a personal check or money order.

• A $50 non‑refundable deposit is required to hold your camper’s spot. This amount is applied toward your total fee.
• If the deposit is not received within two weeks of your acceptance email, the application may be canceled.
• We accept Visa and MasterCard only. American Express and Discover are not accepted.
• If you need to pay an amount not listed under your fee plan, you may do so by phone at 800.999.2869.
• Do not submit any payment until you receive an official acceptance email. Please allow up to three (3) weeks for processing your online application.
• The remaining balance is due by June 1, 2026.
