An exhilarating evening of contemporary percussion featuring the Stone’s Throw Quartet—Dan Hartung, MK Phillips, Louis Raymond‑Kolker, and Alex Richard—with guest artists Carey Harwood (guitar) and Ajai Shaw (itótele). The program highlights works by Tarpaga, Trevino, De Mey, Bobo, Dorman, and new pieces by members of the ensemble.

Patrons are invited to bring canned good and other non-perishable donations to support the Spartan Open Pantry (SOP). The Pantry provides food assistance to UNC Greensboro students, staff, and recent alumni facing food insecurity.

UNCG Percussion Ensemble wins International Percussion Ensemble Competition

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Percussion Ensemble has been named a winner in the Percussive Arts Society’s (PAS) International Percussion Ensemble Competition.
