The UNCG School of Music is proud to provide a world-class education in music, nurturing our students’ artistic talents and putting them on a path to success in their future careers. We’ve created strong nationally recognized programs through our rigorous instruction, coupled with practical experience, learning opportunities with nationally and internationally acclaimed artists, conferences, field experiences, and so much more. Our scholarship and fellowship programs expand the reach of our programs, allowing underserved communities access to a world-class educational experience, and enriching the diversity of our student body and our programs.
To continue providing such rich, diverse and respected educational opportunities, we rely on the support of alumni, institutions and individuals to help fund our endeavors. The generosity of supporters allows us to provide dozens of scholarships and other funding opportunities to gifted aspiring artists and underserved student populations; helps underwrite travel and field experiences to expose our students to new styles, techniques and contexts in music; and helps support the technical and logistical needs of our student body.

Perhaps the easiest way to support our students and our mission is to attend UNCG School of Music performances. We offer a wide range of performances across diverse genres and styles throughout the year.
