Production Calendars

Production Calendars for the School of Theatre & NCTYP are hosted on Outlook. Click the plus sign to the right of the calendar headings below to view a read only, web-based calendar.

The following production calendars are available:

• School of Theatre / UNCG Events: audition dates, UNCG holidays, School meetings, conferences, etc.
• Design & Production Meetings: dates and times for design meetings & production meetings for all School of Theatre productions
• Performance: dates & times for all School of Theatre & NCTYP performances
• Rehearsals: dates for general rehearsals for all School of Theatre and NCTYP productions. This calendar will not include rehearsal times. Rehearsal times will be handled by the SMs on the calendars for each specific production.
• Shop Work Dates: dates for all workdays for the various shops, light hangs, focus calls, strikes, etc.
• Tech & Dress Rehearsals: dates for all technical and dress rehearsals. This calendar will not include rehearsal times. Rehearsal times will be handled by the SMs on the calendars for each specific production.
• School of Theatre Classes: a calendar that shows all academic classes scheduled for the School of Theatre
