Join the School of Dance in celebrating the work of Dancers Connect, our community outreach program that unites interested students with expert dance educators to support collaboration and creativity. The performance will showcase young dance artists and their dance instructors in a fun and entertaining exploration of the ENCHANTED FOREST.

We have made the difficult decision out of an abundance of caution and in consultation with local, state, and federal experts and authorities to cancel UNC Greensboro’s Delta Chi Xi Barefoot Charity Concert.  While disappointing to all of us, this action is consistent with decisions being made around a number of community and university events in response to COVID-19 virus concerns. We are confident this is the right decision. Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our community. …

The members of the Association of Graduate Students in Dance (AGSD) believe in human expression through movement, and seek to redefine and refine education about somatic, performance, and choreographic theory, and creative processes. The AGSD Showcase consists of works in progress, choreographic explorations, and culminating works featuring choreography by current UNCG graduate students in dance.
