About the Artist
Camilla Graff Junior is a Danish performance artist and curator. She holds an MA in Fine Arts and Dance from the Sorbonne Nouvelle University and the City College of New York and an MA in Performance Studies from the University of Copenhagen. Her work is situated in the intersections between visual art, creative writing, narrative, feminist theory, archive and affect.
In her current research project she uses an auto-ethnographic approach as a method to look at performance as a tool to investigate social norms as they affect and reflect a women’s life. Camilla has over the past twenty-five years conceived solo and collaborative works performed and received in residency in Europe, Africa, South America and the United States.
