The award-winning Vietnamese filmmaker Trần Văn Thủy’s documentary “Story from the Corner of a Park” (1996) describes the lives of a Vietnamese couple whose children were born with massive deformities that resulted from exposure to various chemical toxins used during the Vietnam War.
