Defining equity, diversity, and inclusion in an ever-changing landscape can be a challenging task. As a facilitator, Christal Brown uses the framework of vision to dismantle patterns of oppression and build sustainable practices of freedom across the personal, professional, and organizational strata. With that in mind, participants will be asked to engage in dialogue, write from personal expertise, and listen with intention.
