Area 1: Faculty and Staff Diversity and Equity
- Goal 1: Increase faculty and staff ethnic diversity within CVPA to align with that of the CVPA student body.
- Goal 2: Develop and implement a strategy for ensuring salary equity among faculty and staff.
- Goal 3: Increase resources for internal equity, diversity, and inclusion grants.
Area 2: Teambuilding to Strengthen College Identity and Culture
- Goal 1: Establish and maintain open dialogue and enhanced communication with School Directors, faculty, and staff.
- Goal 2: Establish a culture of cooperation and collaboration by carefully and transparently defining the roles and responsibilities of personnel at the College and School levels.
- Goal 3: Develop events and activities for CVPA leaders, faculty, and staff that foster collaboration, teambuilding, and shared decision-making, focused on our shared values.
Area 3: Professional Development
- Goal 1: Expand Professional Development for faculty and staff through the Dean’s Research and Innovation Fund and Staff Professional Development Fund.
