Anamarie Diaz is the Ensembles Manager and the Assistant to the Director of Outreach Programs at the UNCG School of Music. In this capacity, she assists with the UNCG Summer Music Camp, Carolina Band Festival and Conductors Conference, and the Southeast Honors String Festival.

As a member of the woodwind faculty at The Music Academy of North Carolina, Anamarie has a passion for performing, educating, and community involvement. She has performed with the UNCG Graduate Woodwind Quintet as well as the Mosaic Trio.

Throughout the years she has placed in many flute competitions, including the Richmond Flute Fest Collegiate and Adult Amateur Competition, the Hampton Roads Flute Fair Collegiate Competition, and she is a two-time winner of the National Flute Association Collegiate Flute Choir Competition. In addition, she has had the opportunity to attend multiple music festivals including Aria International Summer Institute, Madeline Island Chamber Festival, and Beyond the Masterclass with Jim Walker.

Anamarie recently graduated from UNCG with a Master of Music in Performance and Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Musicology.
