CVPA - Instructional Technology Consultant, Trombone
Daniel Rice holds the Doctor of Musical Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, the Master of Music degree in trombone performance from Florida State University, and the Bachelor of Music in trombone performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Dr. Rice has served on the faculty of Radford University, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Cape Fear Community College and currently serves as a Lecturer in Trombone Performance Studies and Performing Arts Instructional Technology Consultant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Dr. Rice has performed with various ensembles throughout the region and country, including the North Carolina Symphony, Greensboro Symphony, 11˚ Trombone Quartet, Market Street Brass, and Palmetto Posaunen.
Daniel is also active in other areas of interest. He is an avid cyclist and participates in endurance events across the country. His photography studio and photography have been featured in national print and internet publications for professional organizations, and educational institutions.
